Liverpool Council’s New Customer Service Hub at Moorebank

Media Release 4 June 2024 LIVERPOOL COUNCIL’s NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE HUB AT MOOREBANK Liverpool Mayor Ned Mannoun has officially opened Council’s latest satellite customer service hub at the Moorebank Community Centre.

The Mayor was joined by the Deputy Mayor, Councillors, and members of the community in a ribbon cutting ceremony to declare the new hub officially open.

The customer service hub on the corner of Nuwarra Road and Maddecks Ave Moorebank will operate from 9.30am to 4.30pm each day of the week.

Mayor Mannoun said the new customer service hub at Moorebank will make it easier and more convenient for residents and ratepayers to access Council’s services.

“It means residents of the area don’t have to travel to the CBD to conduct their council transactions.

”The new hub is Council’s third customer service hub and complements the hub at Carnes Hill and the main Customer Service Centre at the Yellamundie Library at Civic Place 52 Scott Street,” Mr Mannoun said.

The new hub and the Carnes Hill hub offer the same services that are available at the Yellamundie Customer Service Centre except for the Duty Planner.

“By managing our budget in a responsible way, Council is able to offer the services and facilities that our community needs and deserves, and this new customer service hub is an example of that, the Mayor said.”
