  • REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ENGAGEMENT WITH AN INTERNATIONAL DELEGATION

As part of its Visiting International Delegations policy Liverpool City Council requires the proponents of such a visit to provide sufficient information to allow Council to make a proper assessment of the benefits of receiving the delegation and fully understand any direct costs, use of in-kind resources and ongoing support requirements of the engagement.

Council at its sole discretion will determine whether the benefits of the engagement outweigh the costs. To assist Council in making this determination the following information is sought:

If via an agent a letter from the business or government organisation proposing the visit validating the agent’s representation on behalf of that organisation needs to be attached to this form):
