As part of its Visiting International Delegations policy Liverpool City Council requires the proponents of such a visit to provide sufficient information to allow Council to make a proper assessment of the benefits of receiving the delegation and fully understand any direct costs, use of in-kind resources and ongoing support requirements of the engagement.

Council at its sole discretion will determine whether the benefits of the engagement outweigh the costs. To assist Council in making this determination the following information is sought:
